Kim graduated from Fallston High School in 1981. She was graduated from Towson University in 1985 with a BS in Political Science and Mass
Communications, the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1988 with a Juris Doctorate and from Loyola College in 1995 with a Masters in Business
Administration. Kim is active in the community have served on the following boards: Chamber of Commerce, Open Doors, Dept of Social Services, Small
Business Development Center and Maryland Golf and Country Clubs. Kim is a 2002 graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy and a 2006 graduate of Leadership
Maryland. She resides in Bel Air with her husband, Charlie and daughters Honor and Cristol.
